The Guardian Expedition light is one our best selling items. These LED lights provide effective visibility to others, while also providing long battery life: running for over 250 hours in flashing mode and 100 hours in steady-on mode. (White versions use more energy as White light must put out light in multiple spectrums).

Johns Tip :   These are a perennial favorite for the MR 340 because they are dead simple and very reliable.   Each one uses 2 stacked watch batteries (included) .  To turn the light on, simply turn the colored bezel .   If you want, turn them on at the beginning of the race and then forget about them.   I use mine on my bike and for after dark runs too.   Simply flip the batteries over to switch from steady to flashing.    They are easy to mount using either the included clip or add a piece of Velcro tape.   I like to also attach a small piece of fishing line as a tether in-case they are knocked free accidentally  (they do not float).
